You are entitled to a refund or replacement if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your order or in the case of donations, from the date on which we received the donation. We will process your refund within 14 days of our receiving the returned items or your request to refund your donation.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement on any items that have clearly been worn, laundered or used, whether in part or whole.
If the product you ordered arrived damaged, was the wrong size or isn't the product you purchased, you are entitled to request a replacement.
If your replacement order value is higher than the cumulative value of the returned items, we will contact you to take additional payment.
If the replacement order value is lower than the returned items, then we will process a refund of the difference using the same payment method you used when placing your original order.
