Reduce isolation and youth loneliness

Our Empowering Young Lives Project was created in response to a need we identified – some of the young men we supported were isolated and had nowhere to go.

Thanks to funding from Heart Of England – Positive Futures, this project supports weekly youth groups, providing advice and support to a minimum of 20 young adults.

Activities include:

Film groups
Games clubs
Themed events
Cooking workshops
Hospitality work experience

This project has evolved from one or two young adults feeling lonely, to weekly groups where they meet up to play games, talk to our support workers, and build confidence together.
